      @bkuhn I don't believe in commit messages for mere sake of having non-empty commit messages. Won't reason for commit sometimes be #obvious?

      I believe the commit message should help reader understand the state of mind of the commiter at time of the commit. Important historically.

      Not quite. The Zen Master must write a commit statement saying: "My mind is clear as I contribute this improvement"
